We are Audacious Sauce LLC doing business as SOLO 7 ("Company," "we," "us," or "our")

 

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the SOLO 7 website and the purchase of any products sold by the Company. By accessing our website or purchasing our products, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1- Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to purchase products from our website.

 

2 - Products and Intended Use

SOLO 7 is a convenience oral-care product designed for use between brushing sessions.

 

SOLO 7 is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. It is not a substitute for brushing, flossing, or professional dental care. The information provided on our website is for general informational purposes only and does not constitute medical or dental advice.

 

No Health Guarantees. Individual results may vary. We make no guarantees regarding specific oral health outcomes, including but not limited to cavity prevention, gum health, or duration of breath freshness.

 

Do not use SOLO 7 if you are allergic to any ingredient. Consult a dentist or physician before use if you are pregnant, nursing, under medical supervision, or have a medical condition.

 

3 - Orders and Payment

All prices are listed in USD unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including for suspected fraud or pricing errors.

 

Pricing and Promotion Errors. In the event of a pricing, typographical, or promotional error, we reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order placed at an incorrect price, even if your payment has already been processed. If your payment has been processed, we will issue a full refund.

 

4 - Shipping Policy

We currently ship to the United States and Canada. Orders are fulfilled from our third-party warehouse in Spanish Forks, Utah.

 

Processing time is typically 1–3 business days. Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

 

Once a shipment is confirmed as delivered by the carrier, responsibility for the package transfers to the customer. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages after delivery confirmation.

 

Customers are responsible for ensuring that shipping addresses are entered correctly. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses.

 

International shipments (Canada) may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees, which are the responsibility of the customer.

 

5 - Returns and Refunds

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on first-time orders only.

 

To be eligible for a refund:

  • The product must be returned to our warehouse.
  • The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
  • The product must be no more than 50% used.

 

Usage thresholds:

  • One-box orders: At least 20 unused sticks must remain.
  • Two- or three-box orders: At least one unopened box must be returned.
  • Four-box orders: At least two unopened boxes must be returned.

  

All returned products are subject to inspection. Refunds are issued only after we assess and approve the returned product.

 

6 - Subscriptions

By purchasing a subscription, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis at the frequency selected at checkout (every 30, 60, or 90 days).

 

Subscriptions will automatically renew unless canceled.

 

Customers may cancel subscriptions at any time through their account portal or by contacting customer support at info@mysolo7.com. Cancellations must be submitted at least 48 hours prior to the next scheduled billing date to avoid being charged for the next shipment.

 

Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. If an order has already been billed or processed, it will still ship.

 

Subscription orders are non-refundable once billed or processed for shipment.

 

7 - Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, product names, and images, is the property of Audacious Sauce LLC or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute any content without our express written permission.

 

8 - Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Audacious Sauce LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or related to your use of our products or website.

 

Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the product giving rise to the claim.

 

9 - Force Majeure

We shall not be liable for any delay or failure to perform resulting from causes beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, pandemics, labor disputes, carrier delays, supply chain disruptions, governmental actions, or failures of utilities or telecommunications networks.

 

10 - Dispute Resolution and Arbitration

Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or your purchase of SOLO 7 products shall be resolved by binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA), except that either party may bring claims in small claims court if they qualify.

 

You agree that any dispute resolution proceedings will be conducted only on an individual basis and not in a class or representative action.

 

11 - Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to conflict of law principles.

 

12 - Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
