We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on first-time purchases. Please read the details carefully to understand eligibility and process.

By placing an order with us, you agree to the terms of our Return Policy.

Eligibility

This refund policy applies only to first-time orders. Customers must be 18 years or older to request a refund. Refunds apply only to products purchased directly from our website.

Canadian orders are considered final sale, except where required by law.

Return Requirements

To qualify for a refund:

  • Returns must be initiated within 30 days of receipt of your order.
  • Returned products must be no more than 50% used. Usage thresholds:
    • 1 box: At least 20 unused sticks returned.
    • 2–3 boxes: At least 1 unopened box (40 sticks) returned.
    • 4 boxes: At least 2 unopened boxes (80 sticks) returned.
  • Returned products must be shipped to:
    Audacious Sauce LLC, 3532 North 300 West, Spanish Fork, UT 84660
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
  • Shipping fees paid at checkout are non-refundable.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will email you to confirm the status of your refund.

Free Shipping Threshold Adjustments (Contiguous U.S.)

If an order originally qualified for free shipping and a return reduces the order total below $40 USD, the original flat-rate shipping fee ($6.95 USD) will be deducted from the refund amount.

International Orders (Canada)

Canadian orders are final sale and are not eligible for refunds, except as required by law.

Refunds will not be issued for orders that are:

  • Refused at delivery
  • Returned due to unpaid customs duties, taxes, or import fees
  • Returned due to incorrect or incomplete address information
  • Undeliverable for any reason beyond our control

Shipping charges on Canadian orders are non-refundable.

Refused or Undeliverable Packages

Orders returned due to:

  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping address
  • Failure to collect the package
  • Refusal of delivery
  • Unpaid customs duties or taxes (for Canadian orders)

are not eligible for a refund.

If returned packages are in unopened, resalable condition, we may, at our discretion, offer:

  • A reshipment (additional shipping charges may apply), or
  • A partial refund minus original shipping fees.

Delivered but Not Received / Stolen Packages

Once a package is marked as delivered, it is considered delivered.

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages after confirmed delivery. Refunds or replacements will not be issued for delivered-but-missing packages.

Incorrect Address or Order Errors

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information at checkout.

Orders returned due to address errors are not eligible for a refund. If returned items are in resalable condition, we may, at our discretion, offer a reshipment for an additional shipping charge.

Refund Processing

If approved, refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

It may take additional time for your bank or card issuer to post the refund.
